I've had some problems with my helis and they have worked with me to resolve the problems. All or most internet merchants claim they inspect and test fly the heli before shipment. I had one bad co-axial heli, 5G6-1, fly out of control on maiden flight. This was unacceptable and obvious to me it was not test flown nor did the box come in damaged. I put in some trouble shooting time and discovered the 4 in 1 was defective. I am currently resolving this problem with the merchant. I will continue to do business with this merchant because of the service etc., and now I will request that the technician that inspects and test flys the heli leaves his name in the heli box prior to shipment indicating his/her approval. I'll end with this, overall merchant is a standing (4), but that can change anytime in my book. |

The selection was good, after market / hop-up parts are available as well as standard replacement parts. I was extremely pleased to see my sons Christmas gift arrive on Dec 22 when I had just ordered Very late on Dec. 17th. Normal shipping time is 10 days for most merchants in that area. they went well beyond normal shipping and handling to get the package in my hands in time for Christmas after I ordered so late. Not to mention that EVERYTHING in the package was as advertised with no B.O.s or substitutes and NO disappointments! Everything was there and we were up and flying with only centering the controls and charging of batteries. We could NEVER had afforded a helicopter for the $227 or so that we spent anywhere in the USA. Everything I saw here was missing the radio and would have cost at least an additional $129. Just last year I told my son that we will not likely ever be able to afford a nice Helicopter with Li-Po battery, Brushless motor and ESC, Gyro and V-Pitch radio allowing inverted flight and 3D flight ! Also, I had to do business with a dealer that accepts Pay-Pal for the security and peace of mind that I need. I highly recommend this dealer. |
