These are the improvements we`ve made to the 2020 version compared to the 2019 model. 

1. We`ve increased the size of heating pad for the knee wrap, so that there will be a wider coverage area.
2. We`ve changed the USB charging cable into a wall charger, which could effectively reduce the charging time for batteries.
3. We upgraded the previous 2600mah battery to 4200mah, which could greatly extend the operating time of the heated knee brace.

Why FIR Therapy (Far Infrared) ?

FIR therapy is proven scientifically to be more effective than conventional heat therapy since it penetrates deeper into the skin without causing skin injury.
Graphene produces far infrared of wavelength from 6-14μm when generate heating, which can be easily absorbed by our human body.

The heating material is made from carbon fiber, which is safer, softer and more health than original heating method. The working life of the carbon fiber heater is 1000 hours, which could provide steady temperature from 45°C - 75°C (113℉ to 167℉) for this ARRIS heating knee pad. It takes around 1-3 minutes to heat up.

Red - Highest Temperature (75℃/167℉)
White - Medium Temperature (60℃/140℉)
Blue - Lowest Temperature (45℃/113℉ )

It supports 1 hour working in high temperature, 2 hours in medium and 3 hours in lower after fully charged.
Don`t expect it is hot enough as hot water. In fact, 60℃/140℉ is the perfect temperature for a knee therapy.
